Joggin grandma

Day two: The soreness begins. Thought one – go for a walk. Hum. Ok it has been an hour, a walk it is. I think somewhere I heard something about stretching before a walk so guess I should do that too.
Feel the burn, “ok” I say to the hubby, “we can go back now”. “A quarter of a mile is enough? ” he asks. I reply that it is five times farther than the mailbox!
That shower felt good. Eight steps down the stairs, upper thighs (area above the knees). Ouch! I should learn the names of these muscle groups, of which I have none – muscles.
