Another day

A few more hours and I’m off to the gym. Monday was a no go since J called and cancelled with a stomach bug. So much for that 60+ vitamins and minerals health shake. I’ll stick with potato chips with a large side of chocolate chips. Actually, dinner last night was sautéed onions and two kinds of peppers fresh from the garden with roasted steak and rice with quinoa. I saved the chocolate chips for breakfast this morning.
Time to make a meal replacement shake. Have already swallowed some vitamins and meds. Ok ice – check, replacement powder – check, protein powder – check, almond milk – check, shake, shake, shake. I could shake this and skip the gym. It will take a while of shaking to dissolve this powder stuff. Hope I don’t get a stomach bug J.
